The father of a girl claims crew members provided the minor aged girl with alcohol that incapacitated her and that they sexually assaulted her.
A lawsuit filed in the 11th Judicial Circuit Court in Dade County, Florida., says the girl boarded the Rhapsody of the Seas ship in Galveston on July 13, 2003, for a round-trip cruise to Key West, the Cayman Islands and Cozumel, Mexico.
