Cruise Bruise has obtained the affidavit in this case against Teixeira; he was charged with aggravated sexual abuse. If convicted, he could get life in prison. Apparently, the evidence collected by the FBI did not support Teixeira's claim on no sexual contact.

The following facts in the case were presented in the FBI affidavit composed by FBI special agent Charles E. Gravis.

Friday March 6th, Princess Cruise contacted the FBI regarding a possible sexual assault of a 42-year-old female, identified below as "S.R.".

The alleged assailant had been identified as "George From Portugal". Security on the ship showing a picture of the employee Jorge Manuel Teixeira to the victim and was able to confirm the identity of the alleged assailant. He is identified below as "George".

The ship’s position at the estimated time of the incident (12:45 a.m. March 6, 2009) was 18.53 nautical miles from Mexico. The ship was therefore in international waters during the time frame of the incident.

The incident had been reported to ship's security about 1510 hours on March 6th, by an acquaintance of SR. Security approached S.R. and asked her to fill out a Passenger Statement of Accident form.

S.R. did so, but in submitting the “Passenger Statement of Accident form,” S.R. crossed out the word “Accident” and clarified that: “This is a statement of a criminal act. I was sexually assaulted.”
After finishing the bottle of wine George leaned in to kiss S.R. What took place next depends on who is telling the story. The forensic facts in the case present evidence that due to a medical condition that would have prevented S.R. from having sexual relations at that time, she had no intentions of having sex with George.

FBI Special Agent Michael Brown interviewed Princess Cruise Line Ship Coral Princess Employees Sandeep Ingale and Angel Pena Silva. He was able to learn that when both employees had entered the dining room the lights had been turned down low and their supervisor, Jorge Teixeira told them to leave the dining room, not to vacuum during a time period from 2300 hours to 2400 hours.

During this same time period, Teixeira is alleged to have pushed S.R. up against the wall, fondled her, pulled down her pants, unzipped his, attempted to penetrate her, was unable to when he realized she had a medical condition, and ultimately ejaculated on her, her clothes, his clothes and other areas of the table during a struggle.

The affidavit says that the alleged victim pushed Teixeira away numerous times trying to get away and told him "No, No" numerous times. After Teixeira ejaculated he let S.R. up and attempted to take her to his cabin, but she was able to get away and went back to her cabin instead.

FBI agents tested S.R.'s clothing and Teixeira's clothing, as well as the alleged crime scene with Alternate Light Source (ALS) technology. The results revealed there was semen on all those items.
S.R. and “GEORGE” agreed to meet the night of March 5, 2009 to have wine together in the Bordeaux Dining Room. The two then sat down in the furthest corner of the restaurant and “GEORGE” sat next to S.R. blocking her exit from the corner.

In this particular restaurant, a curved divider blocked exit from the table on one side, a wall on another and chairs blocked exit as well. Since S.R. had entered the table first, and then George sat down after her, her exit was blocked from the table.
