Oakhill police chief was a witness to the George Allen Smith case. Information from the Seaman's Union says crew members were terminated and rushed away to their home countries by the cruise line. Crew members were muzzled by the cruise line and told not to talk to anyone, including those who had information in the case, in effect obstructing justice. Attorney Charles Lipcon gives advice.
