You can pay for a great cabin, you can pay for a great meal, you can pay for a great drink. But, you can 't pay for great weather.
It is called, "Rough Seas Ahead".
Rough seas during Hurricane Jeanne in 2004 on a five day Carnival Fantasy cruise, cheesey contests and lame rounds of middle age people acting out the song YMCA just isn't very thrilling for a young couple. Add sea sickness, closed shops aboard the ship, and an empty swimming pool because the line chose to paint it during this couple's cruise, and the cruise becomes what they call, "Worst Cruise Ever."
This is from the incident aboard the P & O Pacific Sun on July 30, 2008 off the coast of New Zealand during rough seas. Some passengers said the incident was a minor bump. Injuries reported were broken arms, legs, ribs, pelvis, and cuts requiring stitches.
