Sewer Slime: That Vile Muck You Just Can't Scrape Off Your Shoes

The absolute worst crime of all, is a sexual crime against a child, or so I thought. Now, it is apparent there is one worst crime. That would be parents of minor children, paying to have sex with other parents' minor daughters.

Now, consider such a person, standing beside you inside a home that is for sale, trying to sell you that home, pitching it as a family home, in a great family neighborhood,  standing next to your daughter, perhaps talking to your daughter in what might be her next bedroom,  as you wander around the house, believing you and she are safe, and I do believe we have taken repulsion to an entirely new level.

About the only thing that could cap that, would be that slime ball of a human being, his past uncovered,  pitching himself to a mother of three daughters, grandmother of eight grand-children, four of which are girls.

There are not many things written in stone in this world. Nearly everything is negotiable. This however would be one of those few things. It is a GIVEN, a written in stone GIVEN, that a child molester, or any person who has aspired to be a child molester will never get a pin drop of sympathy from me.  There are no circumstances, no amount of excuses that can justify the hunting down of children sold into sexual slavery.

It is also a GIVEN, that the quickest way to have an old case reopened and reinvestigate, gaining new damning facts that will be added to the case page, is to contact me about the case and beg for sympathy.

This . . . would explain the rage fueled headache I have had for the past several days, that will not go away. I can assume it will stay with me, until I have managed to subdue that rage. This would also explain what I have been doing for the past few days, instead of updating the blog.  Some cases just deserve more research than others.

Twitter, my friends has become home to the sewer slime you just can't scrape off the bottom of your shoes when you miss the curb of the sidewalk. Unfortunately, some of them take cruises.

USCG Finds Hole In Ships Halts Cruise

United States Coast Guard (USCG) Sector New York boarded the cruise ship Oceanic, with 848 passengers aboard, around 0900 hours on Thursday to conduct a routine safety inspection and found that the cruise ship had a hole in her hull and was leaking water.

Further investigation by the Coast Guard team identified 16 discrepancies including a crack in the hull below the waterline on the port side of the vessel, lifesaving, fire fighting, safety, and other maintenance deficiencies.

The cruise ship was underway from Reykjavik, Iceland to the Port of New York City when it was stopped by the USCG. The vessel’s next port of call, after repairs in New Jersey dry dock are made,  will be Venezuela.

Last year, the Clipper Pacific failed a USCG inspection on July 13, 2008 due to hole in her hull and numerous other safety problems involving life jackets and lifeboats. The ship was heading into rough seas when the USCG boarded the vessel and held her in port. She too was detained for repairs.

Both ships had been labeled "Peace Ships".

QE2 Refurbishment Stalled In Dubai

First there were reports that the QE2 conversion to a floating hotel had been aborted. Then, there were reports that the conversion was not aborted and work was being done for the conversions.

Now, reports say that the government of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates doesn't haven't funding for the project and on work is being done, which may be closer to the truth.

Property values, once skyrocketing in Dubai with massive resort properties popping up everywhere, even off shore, have dropped 40%. But, then so has the cost of oil and gasoline.
